RETURNS POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, for standard size items only.

We do not offer returns on items where custom measurements are required e.g. leg length, bra size, height etc as these items have been custom made to order. Not accepting returns due to customisation, is inline with Consumer Rights Law. 

 

We do not offer returns on swimwear, one pieces or pants (this does also include sets containing these pieces) for hygiene reasons.

 

If for some reason you are not happy with the fit of your custom made outfit, it can be returned to us for amendments. If the error in fit has occurred because of incorrect measurements being entered, we reserve the right to charge for postage or amendments if the time take to amend exceeds 30 minutes. We can also only amend if the outfit is to big or long and can be adjusted. Please understand that if the item is to small we have no way of amending the outfit to larger size or longer length, and an entirely new outfit will need to be made at your cost.

 

Items must be returned in an un worn, unwashed condition with no marks, make up or fake tan stains, body odour or smoke odour. If an item is returned, not in the original condition it was sent out, we will be unable to refund the item and it will be returned to you.

 

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of returns and we do not refund for postage costs unless item faulty.

 

**Please note that our fabrics are delicately embellished with glitter so need to be handled with love and care. Sequin fabrics used in our Twinkle Dress and Twinkle Set are also delicately embellished fabrics and need to be handled with love and care. Catching or snagging the fabric will cause a run of sequins to come undone. This is not a fault of the fabric, but is dependent on care taken whilst wearing**
