DELIVERY

💕 All items may have different delivery time frames, we recommend adding the item to your cart and entering your address to find out the exact time the item may arrive in your country 💕

UK deliveries are currently Express 3-4 working days or Standard 5-7 working days for in stock items and 2-3 weeks for made to order items. 

International orders are currently 1-2 weeks for in stock items and 2-3 weeks for made to order items.

RETURNS

💕 We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order within the UK and 30 days for overseas customers. Please use the returns form provided in the box, it's that easy! 💕

 

Terms 

Please note we do not offer returns on items where custom measurements are required e.g. leg length, bra size, height etc as these items have been custom made to order. Not accepting returns due to customisation, is inline with Consumer Rights Law. 

Returns can take up to 5-10 working days to be processed. 

Items must be returned in an un worn, unwashed condition with no marks, make up or fake tan stains, body odour or smoke odour. If an item is returned, not in the original condition it was sent out, we will be unable to refund the item and it will be returned to you.

Unfortunately we do not cover the shipping fees for returned items, this is the responsibility of the customer. We urge customers returning their items back to us to use a valid and insured postal service, as well as keeping their proof of postage. The shipping costs to send the parcel to you, will also not be refunded if you wish to return. 

International customers must mark their return as a 0 value return for customs purposes. We can not be held liable for incorrectly labeled returns where customs fees are charged. In an instance where customs fees are charged, the customer will be liable to pay, so the return can be processed. 

We are not responsible for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to our office; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return we will not be liable to offer an exchange/refund on the item(s).

Please be aware all items will be inspected upon return. Items must be unworn and undamaged. The item can be sent back in any packaging but please make sure the item is protected and  waterproof packaging. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in a damaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items not returned in the required state.

**Please note that our fabrics are delicately embellished with glitter so need to be handled with love and care. Embellished fabricst are also delicately embellished fabrics and need to be handled with love and care. Catching or snagging the fabric will cause a run of sequins to come undone. This is not a fault of the fabric, but is dependent on care taken whilst wearing**
